One morning a week would be the time commitment. We need volunteers Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays from about 10 a.m. to about noon or so. We encourage delivery teams of two or more, brothers/sisters, husbands and wives and friends, who together bring meals and smiles to those in need. To find out more, please email hchandel@seniorplus.org or call 207-513-3710 Thank you Sun Spots, for your column that betters our community by bringing us together.
