FARMINGTON — Ryan Pratt scored from third on a sacrifice fly by Anthony Franchetti in the bottom of the seventh inning as Franklin County defeated Rogers Post 3-2 in American Legion baseball action.

Pratt got on base with a hit and moved to second on an error, and to third on a single by Andrew Pratt, his second hit of the game.

Amos Herrin picked up the victory on the mound, going the distance for Franklin County (4-1).

Austin Cox had four hits for Rogers Post while Drew Lashua and Elijah Roe each had a pair of hits.

Brandon Varney went six innings for Rogers Post (3-2) and struck out ten batters.
