Local resident named to spring 2015 dean’s list at Saint Michael’s
COLCHESTER, Vt. — Maggie M. Whittemore of South Paris was named to the dean’s list at Saint Michael’s College for the spring semester. Whittemore, a sophomore media studies and digital arts major is the daughter of Rhonda and Willis Whittemore of South Paris and a graduate of Oxford Hills Comprehensive High School.
Local student receives diploma from Norwich University
NORTHFIELD, Vt. — Derek William Morin of South Paris received a Bacehlor of Science cum laude in athletic training from Norwich University at the May 9 commencement ceremony held in NU’s Shapiro Field House.
Local students named to the dean’s list at the University of New Haven
WEST HAVEN, Conn. — The following students were named to the dean’s list at the University of New Haven for the spring semester. Full-time undergraduate students must have a 3.50 or better cumulative GPA for the semester to be eligible for the dean’s list.

Local resident named to Saint Michael’s College dean’s list
COLCHESTER, Vt. — Named to the dean’s list at Saint Michael’s College for the spring semester was Mariah J. Witas, a first-year biology major who is the daughter of Christine Murphy of Rumford and a graduate of Mountain Valley High School.
Local residents graduate from Springfield College
SPRINGFIELD, Mass. — Springfield College awarded 973 bachelor’s degrees in its undergraduate ceremony.
The following area residents were recognized for studies completed in 2015:
Michael Castonguay of Livermore has earned a bachelor’s of science degree in health science and pre-physical therapy.
Katherine Nulle of West Bowdoin has earned a bachelor’s of science degree in health science/occupational therapy.
Kathryn Fitzgerald of West Bowdoin has earned a doctor of physical therapy degree in physical therapy.
Brady Lloyd of Fryeburg has earned a bachelor’s of science degree in sport management.
American International College announces spring 2015 dean’s list
SPRINGFIELD, Mass. — American International College has named 461 students to the spring dean’s list. Dean’s list students are full-time students with a GPA between 3.3 and 4.0.
