1973 – 2015
DIXFIELD — Dean Scott Irish, 41, of Andover, died unexpectedly on July 11, in Dixfield.
Born in Portland on October 3, 1973, he was a son of Leo and Brenda (Scott) Irish of Andover. Dean attended Andover Elementary School, Telstar High School in Bethel and was a graduate of Mountain Valley High School in Rumford with the Class of 1993.
Dean was employed by ASI Constructors Inc., working at Upper Dam on Richardson Lake. Dean’s jobs in construction work made it possible for him to travel most of the 50 states.
Dean loved the outdoors, riding his Harley motorcycle, going to and driving in mud runs, building projects in his father’s garage, spending time with friends and family and hanging out with his Saint Bernard, “Gumbo.”
He is survived by his parents, Leo and Brenda Irish of Andover; his brother, Daniel Irish and wife, Kristel, of Andover; nieces, MacKenzie Irish of Rumford, and Madison Irish of Andover; and a nephew, Elden Dean Irish of Andover.
