Past SMWGA champion Laurie Hyndman will be the third member of Wednesday’s final group. Hyndman shot her second consecutive 79 and is six shots off the pace.
Bailey Plourde added an 81 to her opening 78, is fourth overall, and is five shots ahead of Erin Holmes in the junior division.
Prudence Hornberger of Turner Highlands and defending champion Leslie Guenther of Norway Country Club are tied for fifth at 160.
Auburn’s Melissa Johnson shot 83 Tuesday for a 161 total.
Ruth Colucci of Biddeford-Saco, second by only one shot after the first round, fell out of contention with an 88.
