BETHEL — Joseph James Turner, 33, of Bethel died Tuesday, Aug. 25, in Bethel. He was born in Rumford on Feb. 21, 1982, son of Sherri Turner and Mr. and Mrs. Timothy L. Gallant.

Survivors are his parents; sisters, Jessica Chabot, Mary Smith, Melanie Prescott and Rachel Richter; and brothers,Timothy Turner and David Charron Jr.
