Season outlook: The Blue Devils went unbeaten until the final game of the season, losing to Cheverus in the state game. Lewiston lost some key players from that squad, including Wong, an all-state defender. The team returns all-state players up front in Abdulle and Shariff. Maslah Hassan was also an all-state forward for EL last year but transferred back to Lewiston, where he played as a sophomore. The Blue Devils have high expectations again this season with a veteran team. McGraw doesn’t want complacency setting in and is trying to keep the squad hungry and working hard.
