STRONG — A Wilton woman was injured Wednesday afternoon when it appeared the pickup truck she was driving went onto the soft shoulder of South Strong Road, went out of control and rolled over, Franklin County Deputy Matt Brann said.
The truck was going down a hill when it went into the shoulder, he said.
India Adams, 57, complained of head pain and had some cuts. She was being treated in an NorthStar EMS ambulance and was expected to be taken to Franklin Memorial Hospital in Farmington, Brann said.
The Ford Ranger truck was a total loss, he said.
Deputy Nicholas Zecher and Strong Fire Department assisted Brann at the scene.
