UPDATE: Four dead, 4-year-old girl alive in Oakland shooting

OAKLAND — Maine State Police confirm they are on the scene of a shooting in Oakland.

Public safety spokesman Stephen McCausland says there is no risk to the public.  

Belgrade Road is closed. The scene is located at 35 Belgrade Road.

There are at least five agencies on scene.

A witness told CBS 13 she saw a child on a stretcher. The witness also said she heard several loud “popping” noises shortly before police arrived.
