LEWISTON — Claude and Claudeen Bergeron of Lewiston are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Julia Jeannine Bergeron, to Bram Cullen Smith, son of Ken and Ann Smith of Becket, Mass.
Ms. Bergeron graduated from Clark University in Worcester, Mass., in 2012 with a bachelor’s degree in women’s and gender studies and in sociology, and received her master’s degree in social work at the University of Southern Maine in 2014. She is also a 2008 graduate of Lewiston High School. Ms. Bergeron is a licensed master social worker and is employed at the Muskie School of Public Service at USM in Portland.
Mr. Smith graduated from Clark University in Worcester in 2013 with a bachelor’s degree in chemistry. He is a 2009 graduate of Wahconah Regional High School in Dalton, Mass. Mr. Smith is employed at EnviroLogix in Portland, where he is a production scientist.
The wedding will be held at King’s Hill Inn in South Paris in October 2016, after which the couple will continue to reside in the Portland area.
