WILTON —  The Wilton Group will sponsor a Meet Your Candidates Night starting at 5:30 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 29, at Calzolaio Pasta Co.

Three candidates seek to fill a vacancy on the Board of Selectpersons created when Paul Berkey resigned this past fall.

The election will take place from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Tuesday,  Jan. 5, at the Town Office.

Candidates Irv Faunce, Jeff Rowe and Jerry Whitney will greet residents from 5:30 p.m. at Calzolaio. Starting at 6 p.m., candidates will be introduced and each will be given time to make a brief statement. A question-and-answer period will follow.

Townspeople are invited to come and discuss with the candidates the issues facing Wilton voters this coming year.
