JAY — The Jay, Livermore, Livermore Falls Chamber of Commerce will hold its annual meeting Friday, Jan. 29, at LaFleur’s Restaurant.

A Hawaiian theme was chosen for this year, and the meal and drink specials reflect that theme. Attendees are encouraged to dress in costume.

In addition to the Member of the Year Award presented at the dinner, the chamber has added two new additional awards: Business of the Year and Employee of the Year. Members were asked to submit their choices for each category and include a paragraph explaining their choices.

The incoming chairman for 2016 is Bob Berry from Main-Land Development Consultants Inc., who served as vice chairman last year. He will be handed the gavel to signify his new position.

Nominations for Business of the Year are: Ted Berry Company, ReEnergy Livermore Falls, Main-Land, and Spruce Mountain Pharmacy.

Employee of the Year nominations are: Jamie Turcotte from Otis Federal Credit Union, Esther Bizier from Main-Land, and Samantha Byam from Ted Berry Company.
