SALT LAKE CITY — Milky Way International Trading Corp. announced Monday the recall of Nice! Mandarin Oranges in 8-ounce bottles because of potential glass in the product.
The product was distributed to Walgreens stores nationwide.
Consumers could potentially be cut or injured. To date there have been three complaints and one alleged injury reported.
The voluntary recall is limited to specific production codes of 8-ounce Nice! Brand mandarin oranges in light syrup, which can be found at either the neck or the lid of the glass bottles.

The recall is being conducted with the knowledge of and in cooperation with the U.S. Food and Drug Administration.
Consumers with the product can contact the company at 1-562-921-2800 Monday to Friday between 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. PST.
The product has been removed from shelves in Walgreens stores.
