AUBURN – A delivery truck flipped onto its side on Center Street early Monday night in a crash that sent a woman to a Lewiston hospital.

Police said the driver of a FedEx truck appeared to have driven through a red light on Center Street, causing his truck to collide with a car in the intersection of Center and Turner streets.

The FedEx truck rolled onto its side, police said. The driver escaped without injury.

The driver of the car complained of head pain and was taken to a hospital for evaluation.

The drivers’ identities were not available later Monday night. Auburn police were investigating the crash.
