EAST DIXFIELD — A celebration of life service for Gale A. Waycott Sr., “Dilly,” was held Friday afternoon, Feb. 12, at 3:30 p.m., from the Wiles Remembrance Center, 137 Farmington Falls Road, Farmington, with Rhonda A. Wiles-Rosell as celebrant.

Special music included Alan Jackson’s rendition of “The Old Rugged Cross” and “When I Get Where I’m Going” by Brad Paisley and Dolly Parton. Remembrances were shared by his soul mate, Teresa Rowe; his son, Gale Waycott Jr.; and his daughter, Donna Spear.
