As a citizen of Fryeburg and chair of the Economic Development Committee, I want to take this opportunity to support Poland Spring in Fryeburg.
It is rare that a small, rural town has the opportunity to welcome a Maine company with the capacity to support job opportunities, increased property tax dollars, investment through employee volunteering, environmental education in schools, product donations and more than $600,000 in community giving since 2008.
The Fryeburg Economic Development Committee believes in business growth and job development opportunities for our community. Poland Spring has a reputation for giving back and has proven to be a responsible corporate citizen.
The Economic Development Committee of Fryeburg encourages the company to consider further investments in the region.
