The man filed a lawsuit in York County Superior Court in January alleging that former officer Stephen Dodd sexually assaulted him from 1977 to 1982, starting when he was 13 or 14 years old. The suit moved to federal court this month.

Another man had filed a lawsuit against Dodd last year alleging that he sexually assaulted him more than a decade ago. The suit is pending in federal court.

The Attorney General’s Office investigated Dodd last year, but declined to press charges against him. It’s not clear if this lawsuit’s allegations have been investigated.

Dodd couldn’t be reached for comment.
