LEWISTON — “I Know I Can: College Prep” for all Lewiston-Auburn middle and high school students, 4 to 5 p.m., Lewiston Public Library. Aspiration workshop series to help students learn about college options, how to ask the right questions, financial aid, led by Maggie Davis of College for ME Androscoggin. Free snacks provided.
AUBURN — Edward Little High School’s Chemistry Through Agriculture Program hosting science fair-styled program on student research on climate change, 5:30-6:30 p.m., science wing of the high school. This is a student-driven project and the public is welcome.
THURSDAY, April 13
LEWISTON — City Council workshop, 5:30 p.m. in the City Council Chamber on the bottom floor of City Hall. Councilors are scheduled to review departmental budgets and hear a report on a possible canal deal with Brookfield White Pine Hydro, LLC, of Canada.
