FARMINGTON — Entrepreneurs Connect is offering a workshop on marketing, advertising and trademarking from 4-7 p.m. Thursday, May 5, at the Fairbanks School Meeting House, Farmington.
The workshop will focus on the journeys of four area entrepreneurs, with keynote speaker Pete Roberts or Origin USA; Andrew Marble, Marble Family Farms; Matthew Swan, Tumbledown Brewing; and Meghan Allen, Richards’ Florist.
Other presenters include Glenn Rudberg, co-founder of Ethos talking about marketing; Tom Gale, president of VONT, talking about advertising; and Chelsea Fournier, Opticliff Law trademark attorney, on how to navigate trademarks and its integration with marketing.
The Greater Franklin Development Council, the Franklin County Chamber of Commerce and the Women’s Business Center at CEI are co-sponsoring the event. This is their second Entrepreneurs Connect event.
Events are held in the spring and fall to help create a culture for entrepreneurs and small businesses to challenge themselves to grow their business.
