AUBURN — The YMCA’s Couch to 5k runs at 5:45 p.m. Tuesdays and Thursdays beginning today, April 26, at Festival Plaza

Whether training for a first 5k race or getting back in shape after a break, the seven-week program will get residents running.

Admission is $40 for Y members; $60 for non-members. Children 8 and older run free with adult.
