AUBURN — City Council workshop and meeting in the City Council Chamber on the second floor of Auburn Hall. The workshop at 5:30 p.m. will be a discussion of all city department budgets. The meeting at 7 p.m. includes adopting a form-based code scheme for the downtown, a public hearing on community development block grant spending, business license fees for New Auburn Little League and water flow studies of the Little Androscoggin River.
LEWISTON — Finance Committee meeting at 5:30 p.m. in the Administrator’s Conference Room on the bottom floor of City Hall. Agenda includes Fire Department purchase requests, water and sewer equipment purchase, ash hauling and a discussion about recycling and solid waste.

AUBURN — The Auburn Police Department, Auburn Recreation Department and Washburn School will present “Spring Fever: A family Fun Festival” from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. in the Pettengill Park/Hasty Gym parking lot. There will be a bounce house and slide, a bike rodeo, raffles and games.
