* John Cyr, 47, of 8 Gartley St., Lisbon, on a charge of unlawful possession of hydrocodone, 9:30 p.m. Thursday at 1531 Minot Ave.
Androscoggin County
* Natasha Boudreau, 27, of 43 Hanover St., Portland, arrested by the Androscoggin County Sheriff’s Department on three warrants charging failure to appear in court, 2:20 p.m. Friday in Boston.

Auburn
* A car driven by Virginia L. Devault, 29, of Hartford, struck the back of a car driven by Roger R. Perreault, 68, of Lewiston, while Perreault was slowing in traffic at 8:52 a.m. Thursday on Court Street. The impact forced Perreault’s car into a car driven by Lorrie S. Crosby, 52, of Litchfield, who was stopped and preparing to turn. All three vehicles, Devault’s 2003 Hyundai, Perreault’s 2012 Mazda and Crosby’s 2010 Toyota, were towed.
Lewiston
* Vehicles driven by Amber Pelletier, 19, of Litchfield, and Jessica M. Goyette, 39, of Lisbon Falls, collided at 4:04 p.m. Thursday at Rideout Avenue and Sabattus Street. Damage to both vehicles, Pelletier’s 1999 Toyota and Goyette’s 2006 Toyota, was listed as functional.
* Vehicles driven by Matthew M. Emerson, 22, of Lewiston, and Arsenio Santamaria, 26, of Lewiston, collided at 5:04 p.m. Thursday at Sabattus Street and Highland Avenue. The impact forced Santamaria’s car into a car driven by Randy P. Letourneau, 38, of Lewiston, who was stopped on Highland Avenue and preparing to turn. Emerson’s 2003 Volkswagen and Santamaria’s 2003 Honda were towed. Damage to Letourneau’s 1998 Jeep was listed as minor.
* SUVs driven by Emily P. Brown, 17, of Lewiston, and Amber M. Smith, 21, of Auburn, collided at 10:55 p.m. Thursday at Cedar and Lincoln streets. Both vehicles, Brown’s 2005 GMC and Smith’s 2001 Pontiac, were towed.
