* Matthew J. Gallant, 34, of Wales, failure to appear, noon, May 17 in Bangor, Oxford County Sheriff’s Office.

* Jacob Roy Hill, 26, of Waterford, two charges, failure to pay fines, 8:52 p.m., May 17 in Paris, Oxford County Sheriff’s Office.

* Gregory Alan Messmer, 31, of Batchelders Grant, violation of bail conditions, 11:40 p.m., May 16 in Mexico, Mexico Police Department.

* Derek A. Verrill, 27, of Brownfield, two charges, violation of bail conditions, 3:34 p.m., May 17 in Brownfield, Maine State Police.
