WEST PERU — Graveside services for Lionel C. Freeman Sr., of Rumford, were conducted Saturday, June 4, at 11 a.m., at the Demerritt Cemetery, West Peru, with his grandson, Kevin Do, officiating who also presented the eulogy and a poem. Opening prayers were given by Arthur Meader.

Special music, “Amazing Grace,” was sung by his granddaughter, Kim Goding. Releasing of the balloons was done by members of the family. A reception followed at the home of his daughter Pam Do and husband, Ai, in Rumford.

Arrangements were under the care of the Meader & Son Funeral Home, 3 Franklin St., Rumford.
