AUBURN — Announcement is made of the engagement and forthcoming marriage of Kathryn “Katt” B. Tanguay and Gerard “Gerry” Racine, both of Auburn.

The future bride is the daughter of Jean Moore of Auburn and the late Maurice Tanguay. The future bridegroom is the son of the late Gerard R. and Mary S. Racine of Brunswick.

An Oct. 31 wedding is planned.
