Tri-Town Penguins to meet
DURHAM — The Tri-Town Penguins Snowmobile Club of Durham, Freeport and Pownal meets at 7 p.m. on the last Tuesday of each month, September to April, at the Durham Fire Station at 615 Hallowell Road.
The next meeting will be Oct. 25. New members are always welcome.

Legion seeks volunteers for breakfast
SABATTUS — Harry J. Conway Post 135, American Legion, is seeking volunteers to assist during its community breakfast on Sunday, Nov. 6.
Volunteers will be needed to cook and help in the dining room. The commitment will be from 6:30 to 11 a.m.
