FARMINGTON — The Franklin County Animal Shelter has announced its Pets of the Week.
Titus, the Dog of the Week, is a 7-year-old lab-terrier mix is sweet, laid back, and enjoys cuddling and scratches. Titus also enjoys chasing cats, so a home without cats is suggested. He gets along well with children and other dogs.
Mia, the Cat of the Week, is 4 to 6 years old and is a sweet, lap cat looking for a “fur-ever” home.
Titus, Mia and other pets may be visited at the shelter from noon to 5 p.m. Tuesdays to Saturdays, at 550 Industry Road. Cats and dogs are spayed or neutered prior to adoption and have been vaccinated for rabies, treated for fleas, microchipped and have had nail trims. The shelter also rehomes barn cats, livestock and other pets.
