CONCORD, N.H. — Gas prices have gone up a bit in northern New England.
GasBuddy shows that the average retail price went up 1.8 cents per gallon in New Hampshire in the past week, averaging $2.20. In Vermont, they went up slightly, to $2.30. And in Maine, they went up nearly a penny, also to $2.30.
The national average of $2.24 went up 3.1 cents per gallon in the last week. It stands 24.5 cents per gallon higher than a year ago.
