WHITEFIELD — State police say a West Gardiner man is dead after the dump truck he was driving overturned in Whitefield.

The victim is 62-year-old Robert Frith.

Police say the truck went off Doyle Road around 1:30 p.m. Friday. It overturned on its side and struck a tree.
