BUCKFIELD — Steven and Heidi Campbell of Buckfield are announcing the engagement of their daughter, Ashley Lynn Campbell, to Gerard Joseph Gagne III, son of Gerard and Dee Gagne of Sumner.

Miss Campbell is a freshman at the University of Southern Maine in the natural and applied sciences program.

Mr. Gagne is currently a private in the U.S. Army at Fort Jackson.

The couple is planning a June 23, 2018 wedding at Buckfield Church.
