RUMFORD — A service celebrating the life of Matthew J. Welch was held Wednesday, Feb. 15, at 11 a.m. at S.G. Thibault Funeral Home. The Rev. Shephard Swain officiated.

Services were under the care and guidance of S.G. Thibault Funeral Home, Cremation & Monument Services, 250 Penobscot St., Rumford.
