The Lewiston Middle School String Orchestra is scheduled to perform Wednesday, March 15, at the Oasis of Music, from 12:30 to 1 p.m. at Trinity Episcopal Church, 247 Bates St., Lewiston. Twenty-two student musicians playing violins, violas, cellos and basses, led by director Greg Boardman, will play music from Handel and Coldplay, with traditional Jewish, Irish, French and New England dance tunes to round out the program. In the event school is canceled due to snow, this concert will be rescheduled for Wednesday, March 22.
