LISBON — The Lisbon High School Unified basketball team advanced to the South regional final by defeating Bonny Eagle 62-49 in the semifinals Friday.
The third-seeded Greyhounds will play at No. 1 Oak Hill in the South final Tuesday at 4 p.m.
Against the No. 7 Scots on Friday, Lisbon was paced by three players who scored in double figures. Jake Patenaude led the way with 20 points, while Wesley Lucas had 14 and Amanda Mason scored 10.
Kristy Coleman contributed a career-high six points to the Greyhounds’ victory, and Dawson Martel and Michael Farrington added four apiece.
Bonny Eagle’s Colbe Lewis led all scorers with 23 points, 21 of which came in the first half. Brandon Fortin added six points, and seven other Scots scored in the second half.
