Melissa Dunn and Roy Flannery of the Southern Maine Workers’ Center outline the breakout session they are leading on health care at the YWCA’s Stand Against Racism on Sunday in Lewiston. Behind them is the YWCA’s new mural, which was unveiled at the annual conference. This year’s theme was Women of Color Leading Change. The group discussed how health care disparities disproportionately affects people of color and women.
