RUMFORD — Three local people were charged Tuesday with aggravated trafficking in scheduled drugs, according to a news release from the Rumford Police Department.
Charged were:
• Lonzel Warner, 48, of Waldo Street, two counts of aggravated trafficking in a scheduled drug;
• David Huston, 45, of Waldo Street, one count of aggravated trafficking in scheduled drugs; and
• Marie Weston, 25, of Waldo Street, one count of aggravated trafficking in scheduled drugs.
Police said the charges stemmed from an investigation into a death that occurred on Waldo Street in December 2016.
All three were taken to the Oxford County Jail and had their bail set at $20,000 cash, or $10,000 surety.
