WEST PARIS — The Cottage Street Creative Exchange will celebrate the solstice, and help spark a cultural reawakening, at their Renaissance-themed soirée, from 7 to 11 p.m. Saturday, June 17, at the Local Hub in Greenwood.
The night will feature Renaissance music and entertainment. Guests are welcome to wear period-style clothing and bring recorders to join in madrigals. A Renaissance inspired buffet will be catered by the Local Hub.
All proceeds will go to supporting the programs of the Exchange which has a mission of providing an educational dance platform for creative expression, cultural exchange, and collaboration at home and abroad.
Tickets are $20 and can be purchased at Element Day Spa in South Paris, Books N Things in Norway and online.

Join The Cottage Street Creative Exchange for a Renaissance Style soirée June 17 from 7 to 11 p.m. at the Local Hub in Greenwood. Perfomances will include roving jugglers, flutists Meg Osborn and Aranka Matolcsy playing Renaissance-inspired tune, and the dancers of Art Moves Dance Ensemble Hanna Gentempo, Tegan Bullard, Erika Lindstrom, Sasha Richardson, Karianna Merrill, Nettie Gentempo and Debi Irons.
