Rumford voters, from front to back, Ginny Todd, Eric Schmersal and Ed Vidito put their ballots into the voting machines late Tuesday morning. There were a total of nine ballots — seven for the town and one each for Regional School Unit 10 and the state. Turnout was “surprisingly” brisk, Deputy Warden Peter Chase said.
