The Minot Historical Society met June 13 at the Minot Municipal Building when guests were Jody and Judy McMorrow, pictured above. Jody McMorrow spoke about the history of his business and how things have changed over the years. Members brought several items for appraisal. The McMorrows shared history about the items as well as doing appraisals. The society will host a Civil War Encampment at 493 Center Minot Hill Road from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday, July 29.
