LEWISTON — Washington, D.C.-based American Association for Justice has appointed attorney Susan Faunce of Berman & Simmons to serve as state delegate for Maine.
Faunce will serve a three-year term. The announcement was made by attorney Daniel Kagan, also of Berman & Simmons, Maine’s senior governor for the AAJ.
Faunce replaces Benjamin Gideon of Freeport, also of Berman & Simmons.
Since joining Berman & Simmons in 2006, attorney Faunce has represented clients who have been harmed by personal injury and medical negligence. She leads the firm’s mass tort practice, which involves dangerous drug and medical device litigation, and works on medical malpractice and wrongful death cases.
