NORWAY — Mayhem Circus, featuring performances by Norway native Fred Garbo and his Inflatable Theater Company, and Ripley’s Believe It Or Not sword-swallower Nick Penny of Augusta, comes to the brick square in downtown Norway, at 6 p.m., Saturday, July 22. The rain date is Sunday, July 23.
