CONCORD, N.H. (AP) — Gas prices are moving up in northern New England.
The latest GasBuddy.com survey of Maine gas stations shows the average price of gas went up 4.7 cents last week to $2.34 a gallon. The price in New Hampshire went up 4.3 cents to $2.26 a gallon. In Vermont, it went up 3.3 cents, averaging $2.34 a gallon.
Elsewhere, the national average increased 3.5 cents to $2.31 per gallon. That’s an increase of 8.3 cents per gallon during the last month and stands 18.2 cents per gallon higher than a year ago.
