LEWISTON — Police arrested a local man Tuesday after a warrant was made for his arrest Aug. 1.

Nathan Poulin, 36, was arrested on the outstanding warrant charging him of several counts of theft by deception.

Poulin is accused of scamming families by renting out apartments he didn’t own.  

He has been transported to the Androscoggin County Jail.
