LIVERMORE FALLS — The second annual Patron Appreciation Day will be held from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 21, at Treat Memorial Library.
Drop in any time for free goodies. Join the Lego Club at 10:30 a.m. as they build their latest creations to display in the library. There will also be special crafts available.
A Halloween Spooktacular will be held at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 28, with spooky stories, crafts, games and treats to celebrate the season. Those wishing are invited to go in costume.
The Book Group will read Paul Tremblay’s “A Head Full of Ghosts,” a family drama with a scary twist, as the first selection in the new Family Ties and Tales series. A discussion will take place at 3 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 12. Those wanting a copy of the book should contact the library.
Knit/Crochet will return at 5:30 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 24. Whether a beginner or seasoned knitter or crocheter, bring projects or ideas. Materials will be available at the library as well.
Preschool Story Time will be held at 10:30 a.m. every Wednesday for stories, rhymes, songs, activities and crafts. There is also a self-paced 1,000 Books Before Kindergarten program.
The library will be closed Tuesday, Oct. 10, in observance of Columbus Day.
