Jason Decker of Lewiston and his 2-year-old son, Theo, ride along Main Street in Lewiston on Thursday. “We went to a play group downtown and now we are looking for a place to have a snack and then heading home for a nap,” said Decker, who installed a specially designed kid’s seat for the front of his bicycle.
