BRUNSWICK (WGME) — Police are investigating after a man was found dead inside a pickup truck Saturday morning in Brunswick.

Police said shortly after 8 a.m. Sunday they responded to the intersection of Maine Street and Pleasant Hill Road, where they found the truck on its left side in a wooded area.

The driver was declared deceased by rescue personnel. He was the only person in the vehicle. The name of the man has not been released pending notification of family members.

The accident remains under investigation.
