AUBURN — Jean E. Parlin, of Auburn, passed away Monday, Nov. 13, at the Hospice House in Auburn.
She was born Aug. 17, 1928, in Farmington, the daughter of Sara and Clyde Brackley. She attended Farmington schools, and on Aug. 18, 1946, she married Donald Parlin, who passed away in 1998.
She worked many years for Hoods Mailing and Printing, Lewiston. She was a longtime member of High Street Congregational Church, Auburn.
She is survived by her brother, Lawrence Brackley of Kennebunk; son, Richard Parlin and wife, Susan of Greene; daughters, Nancy Turner and husband, Norman of Lewiston, Judy Dinan and husband, Chris of Cumberland. She had six grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren, with whom she enjoyed spending time. She will be greatly missed.
