PARIS — The Christmas for Kids and Christmas for Teens programs are preparing for the holiday.
With the help of others, Connie Allen, Janis Hutchins and Sue Batchelder manage Christmas for Kids and Jean Delamater, Rose Schwanner and Carol West, plus a team of volunteers, manage Christmas for Teens. Many individuals, schools, churches, clubs and businesses are working with the programs.
Daelynn A. Elizabeth, AIA, instructor and Maine licensed architect, worked with the students in the engineering and architectural design program at Oxford Hills Comprehensive High School to create a Christmas for Kids Giving Tree.
Applications can be picked up at Community Concepts, Inc. It is not a program of Community Concepts, Inc., but the agency is distributing the applications.
Donations may be sent to Christmas for Kids and Christmas for Teens at P.O. Box 726, Norway, ME 04268. Donated toys may be left at Oxford Hills Chamber of Commerce, Oxford Federal Credit Union, Hannaford and Walmart.
