My hat goes off to Ben Chin. I believe that his resilient and progressive/positive attitude would have been a pleasant change for Lewiston. In cities where only a plurality of the vote is required to win an election, he would have been elected mayor twice.

How I wish that the state of Maine required majorities to be elected governor.
