ELLIS — James Lawrence III, 37, died Dec. 28, 2017. The family will receive friends from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 13 at Elmore Funeral Home in Moorefield, W.Va. A funeral service will be conducted at 2 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 14, at Moorefield Presbyterian Church, 109 S. Main St., Moorefield, W.Va., with Pastor James Yao officiating. Burial will be at Olivet Cemetery with military honors. A memorial Mass will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 10, at St. Philip’s Catholic Church, 2365 Turner Road, Auburn, on the day that would have been his 38th birthday. Both of these organizations not only help the Marines but all branches of the military.
