DEAR SUN SPOTS: We need help in packing up our house for moving. Please give as many references as you can and their fees. Thanks.

— Elaine, no town

ANSWER: Moving companies will come give you an estimate after they have looked at the amount of work and level of service that needs to be accomplished. Here are a few Lewiston packing and moving companies to contact. I’ll look forward to seeing who readers recommend.

Gordon’s Moving at 531 Webster St., 520-2406, gordon@gordonsmoving.me and cathy@gordonsmoving.me; Blanchette Moving & Storage at 32 Lexington Ave., 782-7429, infoblanchettemoving.com; and Red’s Moving, Inc. at 45 Whipple St., 1-800-476-6175, redsmovinginc@yahoo.com.

DEAR SUN SPOTS: I read your column every day and find you are very helpful in everything. There used to be a show called “Love Connection” hosted by Andy Cohen on Thursday night from 9 to 10 p.m. on Channel 4. It lasted maybe two months. I enjoyed watching it then suddenly it went off the air. I was wondering what happened to it. Will it come back?

ANSWER: Fox TV will run Season 2 of “Love Connection.” We don’t know the dates yet. The first season had 15 episodes that can be viewed at www.fox.com if you missed any of them.

DEAR SUN SPOTS: I really miss “Grace and Frankie” on Netflix. When will it start up again?

— Katie, no town

ANSWER: I love that show and have Jan. 19 marked in red on my calendar. Lily Tomlin and Jane Fonda are such a hoot!

DEAR SUN SPOTS: I always enjoy your informative, interesting bits about our local communities. Do you have information about repair shops for old tube-type radios from the 1930s, ’40s and ’50s? I’m talking about the electronics, not the cabinets. Keep up the good work! I’m a loyal fan.

ANSWER: I found an organization that should be able to help you. The New England Antique Radio Club in Stratham, New Hampshire, is dedicated to the preservation, collection, restoration and enjoyment of antique and collectible radios, televisions, vintage electronics and related hardware items such as tube stereo receivers, test equipment, electronic components, cabinets, speakers, etc. They also have access to magazines, user manuals, textbooks and radio/television broadcasting memorabilia. It sounds like they are on the ball!

If you’re up for it, there is a big “old radio” show on Sunday, March 4, from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Event Center at the Courtyard Marriot at 2200 Southwood Drive in Nashua, New Hampshire. For more information, email President Bruce Phillips at president@nearc.net.

DEAR SUN SPOTS: What can be done for chapped lips? I work outside and even though I use lots of lip balm, it doesn’t seem to help at all.

— No name, no town

ANSWER: There is such a thing as too much lip balm. Check out the ingredients of your brand to make sure there are no harsh ingredients. You may want to switch to something that’s all natural. Your lips need a chance to lubricate on their own so refrain from using that stuff too frequently. Exfoliate your lips regularly with a dab of coconut oil and sugar blended together. Rub it gently onto your lips then rinse off.
